Serving USJ and nearby areas
USJ's grid of family terraces fills with weekend futsal and badminton players whose tight calves and shoulders are easy to treat at home after a Sunday game near Taipan. We bring the session to homes, condominiums and hotels across USJ and the surrounding areas, close to Summit USJ, Main Place Mall, the USJ 7 BRT and LRT interchange. Terrace-home visits across USJ have driveway parking and ground-floor access. Locally, the people we see here often include established families, SME owners around Taipan and weekend sports players.
When massage may not be enough
Sciatica with progressive leg weakness, numbness in the groin or inner thighs, or loss of bladder or bowel control is a medical emergency and needs urgent care, not massage. Persistent or worsening nerve symptoms should be assessed by a doctor or physiotherapist first.
What happens during a home visit
- A short discussion about your symptoms and history
- A safety check to confirm a home visit is suitable
- Gentle movement or posture checks where helpful
- Targeted soft tissue work at a pressure you control
- Aftercare guidance, and a referral suggestion if massage is not the right step
Before you book a home visit
A quick WhatsApp chat helps us check that a home visit is safe and suitable. We usually ask:
- 1Which area are you located in (home, hotel or private residence)?
- 2Where is the pain, stiffness or swelling, and how long has it been going on?
- 3Was there an injury, surgery or medical diagnosis?
- 4Any numbness, weakness, swelling, infection or severe pain?
- 5Is there room for a portable treatment bed, and can you lie comfortably?
- 6Have you seen a doctor or physiotherapist for this?
Frequently asked questions
Can massage cure sciatica?
No. Massage does not cure sciatica or treat a compressed nerve. Where tight muscles add to the discomfort, careful work may improve comfort, but the nerve issue itself needs proper assessment.
Is it safe to massage during a sciatica flare?
During an acute, severe flare, we usually advise assessment first and keep any work very gentle and away from aggravating positions. We never push through sharp nerve pain.
Should I see a physiotherapist for sciatica?
Often yes. Physiotherapy can assess the nerve, guide specific exercises and track progress. Massage can sit alongside that as comfort support once you have been assessed.
Do you cover USJ for sciatica massage?
Yes. Terrace-home visits across USJ have driveway parking and ground-floor access. Tell us your exact area near Summit USJ on WhatsApp and we will confirm a time.
