How therapeutic massage may help
- Easing tension in muscles away from the surgical site
- Reducing the compensating tightness elsewhere in the body
- Supporting comfort as you gradually return to movement
- Helping you stay consistent with prescribed rehab
- Providing a calm, gentle session in your own home
Serving Shah Alam and nearby areas
Shah Alam's manufacturing and logistics workers often deal with physical strain and shift fatigue, and its large landed homes give plenty of room for a portable treatment bed during a home visit. We bring the session to homes, condominiums and hotels across Shah Alam and the surrounding areas, close to the Blue Mosque (Masjid Sultan Salahuddin), i-City, Stadium Shah Alam. Landed-home visits across Shah Alam sections have private driveway parking. Locally, the people we see here often include civil servants, manufacturing professionals and settled families in landed homes.
When massage may not be enough
Massage is never a substitute for surgical aftercare. Do not book until your surgeon has cleared soft tissue work. Any sign of infection, opening of the wound, increasing pain, swelling, heat or redness around the site needs urgent medical attention, not massage.
What happens during a home visit
- A short discussion about your symptoms and history
- A safety check to confirm a home visit is suitable
- Gentle movement or posture checks where helpful
- Targeted soft tissue work at a pressure you control
- Aftercare guidance, and a referral suggestion if massage is not the right step
Before you book a home visit
A quick WhatsApp chat helps us check that a home visit is safe and suitable. We usually ask:
- 1Which area are you located in (home, hotel or private residence)?
- 2Where is the pain, stiffness or swelling, and how long has it been going on?
- 3Was there an injury, surgery or medical diagnosis?
- 4Any numbness, weakness, swelling, infection or severe pain?
- 5Is there room for a portable treatment bed, and can you lie comfortably?
- 6Have you seen a doctor or physiotherapist for this?
Frequently asked questions
When can I have a massage after surgery?
Only when your surgeon has specifically cleared soft tissue work. The timing depends on the operation, so we ask about your surgery and clearance before booking anything.
Will you massage my scar or surgical site?
Not early on. We keep well clear of the healing site and work on surrounding muscles. Any scar work is only considered much later and with clearance.
Is a home visit better after surgery?
For many people, yes, because travelling soon after surgery is tiring and uncomfortable. A home visit lets you rest before and after, once you have clearance.
Do you cover Shah Alam for post-surgery recovery massage?
Yes. Landed-home visits across Shah Alam sections have private driveway parking. Tell us your exact area near the Blue Mosque (Masjid Sultan Salahuddin) on WhatsApp and we will confirm a time.
