Serving Puchong and nearby areas
Puchong's long daily crawl along the LDP leaves commuters with stiff necks and tight hips, and its mix of condominiums and terraces near IOI Mall makes scheduled home visits easy to plan around traffic. We bring the session to homes, condominiums and hotels across Puchong and the surrounding areas, close to IOI Mall Puchong, Setia Walk, the Bandar Puteri and IOI Puchong Jaya LRT stations. Terrace and condominium visits across Puchong and Bandar Puteri have driveway or basement parking. Locally, the people we see here often include commuter families, young professionals and SME staff.
When massage may not be enough
A knee that is significantly swollen, gives way, locks, or was injured in a twist or impact needs assessment. Ligament and meniscus injuries, and knee arthritis with significant swelling, are not treated by massage and may need physiotherapy or medical care.
What happens during a home visit
- A short discussion about your symptoms and history
- A safety check to confirm a home visit is suitable
- Gentle movement or posture checks where helpful
- Targeted soft tissue work at a pressure you control
- Aftercare guidance, and a referral suggestion if massage is not the right step
Before you book a home visit
A quick WhatsApp chat helps us check that a home visit is safe and suitable. We usually ask:
- 1Which area are you located in (home, hotel or private residence)?
- 2Where is the pain, stiffness or swelling, and how long has it been going on?
- 3Was there an injury, surgery or medical diagnosis?
- 4Any numbness, weakness, swelling, infection or severe pain?
- 5Is there room for a portable treatment bed, and can you lie comfortably?
- 6Have you seen a doctor or physiotherapist for this?
Frequently asked questions
Can massage help knee arthritis?
Massage does not treat arthritis, but easing the tight muscles around the joint may improve comfort for some people. Significant swelling or a hot joint should be reviewed by a doctor first.
My knee hurts after running. Can you help?
If the pain is muscular and the knee is stable, working on tight quads, hamstrings and calves may help. A swollen or unstable knee should be assessed before any massage.
Do you massage directly on the knee?
We mostly work on the muscles around the knee rather than the joint itself, and we keep clear of any swollen, hot or painful area.
Do you cover Puchong for knee pain massage?
Yes. Terrace and condominium visits across Puchong and Bandar Puteri have driveway or basement parking. Tell us your exact area near IOI Mall Puchong on WhatsApp and we will confirm a time.
