Serving Putrajaya and nearby areas
Putrajaya's civil servants spend long hours at administrative desks and lakeside cycling at weekends, a pairing that produces both posture tension and overworked legs suited to home recovery. We bring the session to homes, condominiums and hotels across Putrajaya and the surrounding areas, close to the Putra Mosque, Putrajaya Lake, IOI City Mall nearby. Precinct apartment and landed-home visits in Putrajaya have generous parking. Locally, the people we see here often include senior civil servants, government professionals and families.
When massage may not be enough
Back pain with leg weakness, numbness, pins and needles, loss of bladder or bowel control, fever, or pain after a fall or accident needs medical review before any massage. These can signal nerve or structural problems that hands-on work will not address.
What happens during a home visit
- A short discussion about your symptoms and history
- A safety check to confirm a home visit is suitable
- Gentle movement or posture checks where helpful
- Targeted soft tissue work at a pressure you control
- Aftercare guidance, and a referral suggestion if massage is not the right step
Before you book a home visit
A quick WhatsApp chat helps us check that a home visit is safe and suitable. We usually ask:
- 1Which area are you located in (home, hotel or private residence)?
- 2Where is the pain, stiffness or swelling, and how long has it been going on?
- 3Was there an injury, surgery or medical diagnosis?
- 4Any numbness, weakness, swelling, infection or severe pain?
- 5Is there room for a portable treatment bed, and can you lie comfortably?
- 6Have you seen a doctor or physiotherapist for this?
Frequently asked questions
Is massage good for lower back pain?
For lower back pain that is mainly muscular, massage may ease tightness and improve comfort. It is not a treatment for slipped discs, fractures or nerve compression, which need medical assessment.
Can I have a massage if I have a slipped disc?
Only after medical assessment and with clearance. We do not claim to treat slipped discs, but gentle work on surrounding muscles may be appropriate for some people once a doctor has reviewed them.
How should I prepare for a home session for back pain?
Wear comfortable clothing, clear a small floor space, and have a recent summary of any scans or doctor advice ready to share. We will guide you through the rest.
Do you cover Putrajaya for back pain massage?
Yes. Precinct apartment and landed-home visits in Putrajaya have generous parking. Tell us your exact area near the Putra Mosque on WhatsApp and we will confirm a time.
